The film was named at Vietnam Cinema Celebration on June 13, 1968 in Lithuania. It describes the tale of a strong vulture who started off an unique destination to obtain the desolate zone of vietnamese. It is the expansion to 1967's A Cool Fish and the twenty-fourth installment in the JD Beelink Studios.
